Florida Ocean Front Home of Donald Trump Sold to Russian
The Photo above of The Palm Beach Florida Home previously owned by Donald
Trump was sold to Dmitri Rybolovlev, a Russian billionaire. Trumps original
asking price was $125 Million. He purchased it in 2004 for $41 Million.
$25 Million in renovating expenses for the Estate went to Kendra Todd who
beat out her competitors on Trumps reality television show "The Apprentice."
It took two years to renovate and another two years in marketing for a sale.
The 6 1/4 acre estates features a colonial style mansion with marble floors,
mahogany doors and trim, custom interior skylights and a full-sized ballroom
for luxury entertainment. Special security features include bullet proof
windows and custom alarm systems. The property sits on it's own 475 foot
long beach on the Atlantic Ocean. There are over 20 bathrooms, dozens of bedrooms and a basement
garage for over 50 cars. Records show that Trump paid about $980,000
in real estate taxes annually when he owned the home.
The purchase price was $95,000,000.00 which is currently claimed to be the
most expensive transaction for a single family home in South Florida.
